Information on Statutory Warranty Rights
1. Rights in the Event of Defects (Remedies)
If a defect exists at the time of delivery, you as a consumer are entitled to choose between:
- Free repair (rectification) or
- Free replacement with a new, non-defective item.
If the chosen form of remedy is impossible or would involve disproportionate costs, we are entitled to provide the alternative remedy. If the remedy fails or is refused, you are entitled under statutory regulations to a reduction of the purchase price or cancellation of the contract (full refund of the purchase price).
2. Time Limits and Limitation Periods
- For new goods: The statutory warranty period for consumers is 2 years from receipt of the goods.
- For second-hand / used goods: Where legally agreed, the warranty period for used goods may be reduced to 1 year.
- Business customers (B2B): Separate limitation periods and commercial inspection duties apply in accordance with our General Terms and Conditions (AGB).
3. Procedure in Case of a Warranty Claim

- Processing: We will promptly coordinate the next steps with you (e.g., providing a prepaid return label or dispatching a replacement).
